Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Location: Israel

Responsible for assisting with local and global regulatory filings compliance as
necessary. May perform some or all of the following functions, depending on
specific assigned focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of technical documentation for use
    in regulatory submissions worldwide
  • Assist in obtaining necessary Notarizations, Authentications and Certificates
    needed for regulatory filings from appropriate government offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in life sciences, technical/engineering or related field preferred
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build strong relationships; communicate effectively at all levels

Director of Engineering

Responsibilities

The Director of Engineering will oversee the entire engineering activity of Viora:

  • Upgrading technologies, designs, and applications of existing products to reduce costs, change or enhance the functionality of existing systems
  • In charge of prepare Device Master Files (DMR), Device History Records (DHR), and ECOs
  • Validation of and First Article Inspection
  • Control test equipment for production
  • Training and certify the sub-contractor for production
  • New Product Introduction to production
  • Design and develop test equipment for production
  • Acting as the engineering authority for production

Multidisciplinary duty required understanding on different fields including software, mechanics,
optics, and electronics.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering. – Mechanical / Electronic
  • Experience of 3 years in project management of the development process – from exploration phase to a final product – Must
  • Experience in New Product Introduction processes, sub-contractor management – Must
  • Experience and knowledge in medical device company -advantage

Sales Professional

Location: USA

We are looking for high-performing Sales Professionals to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

We provide strategic account management and sales leadership for specific geography within the United States. Responsible for sales activities to include maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base, prospecting and building pipeline for new business opportunities to include competitive accounts and targeted non-core physicians/businesses. Will be expected to develop a pipeline of capital systems and to close all transactions (including services such as marketing, service contracts and disposables). Will work closely with sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develops quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory.

A minimum of 2 years selling equipment into the Aesthetic marketplace with preference given to lasers and/or light-based technologies.

Possess the ability to drive results in a team environment with skills in demonstrating best practices and educating others on industry and selling.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing and closing complex sales with the funnel management of quotas.

Electrical Engineer

SW Engineer

Location: Israel

Responsibilities:

The SW developer will be reporting to Eng./R&D Director and lead all the SW and FW development and debug activities of VIORAs products, including:

  • SW & FW development for new designed products.
  • SW & FW debug and fix to support existing products.
  • Developing new SW/FW tools to support engineering & Service dpt.
  • Maintaining all the SW archive.
  • Writing all the relevant SW development documentations (SRS/SDD/STD etc.).
