Viora, a global leading manufacturer of medical aesthetic device, is looking for an Office Manager to join the growing team. The office is in Migdal HaEmek. A dynamic position with high potential to growth in the future, involved three areas of responsibilities – office administration, human resources administration, and personal assistance to the CEO. We are looking for a multitasker, that can truly become the right hand of the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal administrative support to CEO and management of the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including recruiting, office supply and maintenance, calendar coordination, guests hosting, company events, and more.

  • Office Management
    • Telephone response
    • Overall responsibility for office supply
    • Overall responsibility for office cleaning – cleaning contract
    • Printers & communication functionality
    • Responsible for office supply including grocery supply
    • Company cars and phones administration
  • Human Resource Administration
    • Recruiting process management
    • Employees’ evaluation process
    • Company events and gifts
  • Personal assistance to the CEO
    • Management calendars coordination
    • Management tasks follow-up
    • Presentation and documents preparation support

Requirements:

  • English proficiency
  • BA is an advantage
  • Full control in MS office including word, excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with priority is an advantage
  • High interpersonal skills with service orientation

NPI / Continuous Engineer

Location: Israel

Responsibilities:

The NPI/Continuous engineer will be reporting to Eng./R&D Director and lead all the NPI and Continuous engineering activities including:

  • Maintenance: maintaining production & facility equipment, infrastructure maintenance, training, etc.
  • Equipment design: Designing tooling / testers, equipment & assemblies to support production process for medical devices.
  • ECO: Leading engineering change of process/product thru ECO (Engineering Change Order) process.
  • Production Support: Solving problems in the production/packaging & QC processes, support challenges & deviations.
  • Documentation: Writing DMRs (Device Master Record), such as Work instructions, ATP/ATR.
  • Support Engineering/R&D activities in new development (Performing tests as required, writing documentations).

 

Multidisciplinary duty required understanding on different fields including software, mechanics, optics, and electronics.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Electronics engineering
  • 3- 5 years of experience in multidiscipline engineering (Analog/Digital/RF/Mechanical).
  • 2 years of experience in a medical company – an advantage.
  • Proven experience in leading NPI projects.

SW Engineer

Location: Israel

Responsibilities:

The SW developer will be reporting to Eng./R&D Director and lead all the SW and FW development and debug activities of VIORAs products, including:

  • SW & FW development for new designed products.
  • SW & FW debug and fix to support existing products.
  • Developing new SW/FW tools to support engineering & Service dpt.
  • Maintaining all the SW archive.
  • Writing all the relevant SW development documentations (SRS/SDD/STD etc.).

Multidisciplinary duty required understanding on different fields including software and electronics.

Requirements

  • BSc in Computer Science/SW engineering
  • Experience of at least 5 years in C/C++
  • Experience of working with Windows/Linux.
  • Experience RT (Embedded) ARM/PIC/CORTEX
  • English proficiency
