Sales Professional

Location: USA

We are looking for high-performing Sales Professionals to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

We provide strategic account management and sales leadership for specific geography within the United States. Responsible for sales activities to include maintaining and expanding sales within the existing customer base, prospecting and building pipeline for new business opportunities to include competitive accounts and targeted non-core physicians/businesses. Will be expected to develop a pipeline of capital systems and to close all transactions (including services such as marketing, service contracts and disposables). Will work closely with sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develops quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory.
  • Develops strategy for all new capital pipeline opportunities consults with Sales Management to validate strategies to advance all such opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Communicates and monitors all opportunities in a timely fashion and with a sense of urgency.
  • Through active listening and questions understand and have the ability to influence the customer’s decision-making process and leads the customer to positive decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales Management that enable collaborative efforts to be utilized.
  • Create accurate forecasts for the territory based on pipeline assessment.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of the Viora products and of competitive products and positioning.
  • Responsible for accurate and useful updates in CRM.
  • Submit timely expenses in Concur.
  • Required to continuously improve skills through the company and outside training, demonstrating comprehension through the achievement of associated examination threshold.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences or related discipline (commensurate experience may be substituted for degree).

3 years of previous sales experience with demonstrated excellent results – greater than 100% achievement on a consistent basis.

A minimum of 2 years selling equipment into the Aesthetic marketplace with preference given to lasers and/or light-based technologies.

Possess the ability to drive results in a team environment with skills in demonstrating best practices and educating others on industry and selling.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing and closing complex sales with the funnel management of quotas.

Clinical Director

Location: Israel

A clinical director is responsible for overseeing and developing Viora’s clinical department including managing the company clinical team, clinical research, clinical knowledge, and trainings. The job requires often overseas fights and flexible availability to direct contact via WhatsApp, phone calls, etc. This Viora high-end position includes, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the clinical authority of the company
  • Managing clinical trainers
  • Scientific writing (protocols, white papers, publications)
  • KOLs and distributor’s team communications – consulting, clinical materials, publications, new product trials etc.
  • Conducting and monitoring clinical studies
  • Participation in international exhibitions, congresses and conferences as speaker, trainer, and booth memberProficiencies Required:
  • Ongoing maintenance of Viora clinical knowledge
  • Clinical trainings for both Viora distributors and end-users
  • In-house hands-on (treating real patients)
  • Creating enrichment, training, and workshops presentations
  • Creating presentations to provide additional clinical support.

  • Researching for new developments and technologies

Requirements:

  • Academic – at least MSc in life science or medical field. M.D / PhD advantage
  • Experience with data harvesting and article writing.
  • Experience with giving frontal presentations.
  • English as a mother tongue – all communications and documentations are in English.
  • Traveling – up to 10 days a month overseas
  • Treatments – position requires treating patients (about 4-5 weekly)

Clinical Trainer

Location: Israel

As a part of Viora’s Customer Success department, Viora’s clinical trainer is a multi-disciplinary position.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing protocols for new products
  • Conducting In house and offsite clinical trials
  • Participation in international exhibitions, congresses and conferences
  • KOLs and distributor’s team communications – consulting, clinical materials, publications, new product trials and etc.
  • Ongoing maintenance of existing clinical knowledge on existing systems
  • Ongoing contacts with clinical trainers overseas – Q+A, updates
  • Providing clinical support for different field queries
  • Training incoming personnel
  • Hands on training for distributors and their teams and end-users
  • Creating enrichment, training and workshops presentations
  • Clinical Writing
  • Formulations of clinical data for marketing materials (brochures, press releases, magazines, etc.)

NPI / Continuous Engineer

Location: Israel

Responsibilities:

The NPI/Continuous engineer will be reporting to Eng./R&D Director and lead all the NPI and Continuous engineering activities including:

  • Maintenance: maintaining production & facility equipment, infrastructure maintenance, training, etc.
  • Equipment design: Designing tooling / testers, equipment & assemblies to support production process for medical devices.
  • ECO: Leading engineering change of process/product thru ECO (Engineering Change Order) process.
  • Production Support: Solving problems in the production/packaging & QC processes, support challenges & deviations.
  • Documentation: Writing DMRs (Device Master Record), such as Work instructions, ATP/ATR.
  • Support Engineering/R&D activities in new development (Performing tests as required, writing documentations).

 

Multidisciplinary duty required understanding on different fields including software, mechanics, optics, and electronics.

  • BSc in Electronics engineering

SW Engineer

Location: Israel

  • Maintaining all the SW archive.
  • Writing all the relevant SW development documentations (SRS/SDD/STD etc.).

Location: International

Duties & Essential Job Functions:
