Hair Removal

Spanning all ages of both sexes and crossing all socioeconomic levels, hair removal is the most popular phototherapy treatment. Over 80% of men and women worldwide between the ages of 16-70 remove facial and/or body hair on a regular basis.

Two to three weeks after the first treatment, patients will already notice a significant decrease in thickness of hair in the treated area and a reduction in hair growth is visible from the second treatment.

Skin Pigmentation and Vascular Lesions

As we age, our skin is affected by two main factors, chronological and photo aging. Chronological aging refers to irreversible genetic changes which include the thinning of the epidermis and dermis and a loss of skin elasticity. Photoaging is the result of changes in gene expression contributed by external factors such as sun exposure, smoke, and pollution. Photoaging results in the degradation of collagen and elastin fibers and makes its appearance in the form of  coarse, dry skin, deep wrinkles, sagginess, superficial veins and lesions, and dyschromia.

Complement your Trios treatment with the Infusion™ electro-mesotherapy system to nourish and moisturize the skin and prevent post-treatment dryness.
A visibly smoother and more balanced complexion may be expected after the first treatment with ongoing improvements as the treatment course progresses.

Acne Clearance

Commonly referred to as pimples, acne is one of the leading causes of depression and low self esteem among teens and young adults, and is the most common skin disorder, affecting 85% of the population between the ages 12-24 and may also develop in mature adults.

The formation of Acne is triggered by the interplay of 3 main factors:

  • Hyper-keratanization - the excess shedding of skin cells into the hair shaft
  • Over-production of sebum (a natural skin lubricant)
  • P.Acne enzymes, present in all hair shafts and active in oxygen free environments.

As part of the metabolism process, P.Acnes enzymes secrete a pigment called Porphyrin, which is the by-product of P.Acne bacteria and the target chromophore for the destruction of bacterium in phototherapy based Acne treatments.

The Trios treatment also encourages a healing process to promote cell re-growth for a fresher and a more clear complexion patients and practitioners can be proud of.
